Nuch @ The Rectory Review
Nuch has been on the Manchester Thai Massage scene for a number of years, I have seen her when she worked at Nattaya Thai Massage in Cheetham Hill and also when she worked at Aroma Thai Massage in Whitefield, previously known as Leelawadee. Nuch has always been a great massage therapist but has had lots more training since I last seen her and has upped her game considerably. She now offers lots of different types of massage alongside her standard Thai Oil massage.
The traditional Thai yoga massage really loosens up the muscles and joints, the Thai oil massage is relaxing and soothing, whilst the Tok Sen wooden hammer massage technique needs to be experienced to be believed. (Watch the video below to see a demonstration of what this technique involves) although I quite enjoyed this technique when used on the muscles, I am not entirely convinced it can be doing the spine any good when your vertebrae are being hammered, especially if you have had disc problems like I have.
Nuch is a very pleasant lady and very, very experienced; her prices are very competitive with a standard one hour massage costing only £30. Booking can also be made on her website which is very good, although she does text to confirm your booking so some men may be slightly put off by this.
Overall Nuch’s service cannot be beaten. She is one of the very best in Manchester in our humble opinion. Highly rated.

The Not So Good
- You have to walk through the hair salon in order to get to the massage room. This could be potentially embarrassing for some people
- The hole that you put your head through in the massage bed can be a little uncomfortable at times.
The Bad
- Text message confirmations may cause problems for some people.
